In line with our policy to provide efficient services at extremely reasonable prices we use competitive courier or cargo services for our deliveries.

• For Vadodara we can deliver using porter or you can pick up from our office.
• For the rest of India we use the best service (Cargo / Transport / Courier)  as per your location and items in the order. 
• For UK and Europe we can send your order to our Harrow center and then you can either pick it up from there or we can use Royal mail to deliver it. 
• For ALL other international deliveries we use a reputed courier company called chips international.Rates are provided before we dispatch the order.

The cost of the shipping is based on the size and weight of the products and everything is calculated to make sure you make the maximum savings. So no need to worry and you can enjoy your shopping. 

We take great care in making sure we are pricing our postage correctly so you don’t have to worry. 

Stock

All items are normally held in stock and we carefully check all our items before we dispatch them.  

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders the same working day we receive them, if full payment of product and postage has been received. However, this may sometimes vary according to circumstances. We will dispatch orders via the shipping option you have chosen. You will receive order status confirmations via email.

Non-delivery

You should inform us if you have not received your order within 14 days. We will not be able to follow up any claim for non-delivery placed with us more than 60 days after dispatch.
