Returns, Replacements & Refunds
We want you to be happy about the products we provide, so we offer replacement and refunds for most items within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
We carefully check all our dispatched items and pack them with utmost love and care. If any item is received in damaged condition as a result of the way it was transported, unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for this. If an item is unsuitable it can be returned for a refund or replacement. We will do our best to process your request ASAP.
Please note that all items returned, need to be complete, unused and in their original packaging with the labels intact and attached. To keep providing competitively priced services and products, all the costs of returning the products will have to be incurred by the customer.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for used seva items, pierced jewellery or hair accessories due to hygiene and religious reasons. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product isn't received in new condition.
