This Cotton Kapad is block printed with a Basma Chappa and golden leaf print (CBCGLP), giving a soft cotton ground with a bright golden leaf motif running across the full panna. It is sold by the metre in eleven colours and is used for stitching Vastra and Saaj for the daily Shringar and Seva of Shri Thakorji. The even leaf repeat reads well on small Vastra as well as on larger pieces and suits both Nitya Shringar and Utsav days.
